TOJET Guidelines

After reviewing process, all accepted papers in English presented at INTE will be published in The Special Issue of TOJET (The Online Journal of Educational Technology) (www.tojet.net ISSN: 2146-7242).

TOJET is an open access online international electronic journal, published four times a year (January, April, July, and October). TOJET provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

TOJET has been published for more than 20 years and is currently being indexed by ERIC, SOBIAD and AERA SEG.

Online and Video Presentation Guidelines

We understand that some presenters will be unable to make the trip to conference venue to present their papers, mainly due to financial and/or health restrictions on travel.

IETC has therefore instituted a virtual, online and video presentation system to allow the authors of accepted proposals the same publication opportunities as regular presenters.

If you are interested in online, video or virtual participation for IETC, please send an email (inteconferences@gmail.com) to the conference secretariat.

Upon payment of the registration fee, your paper will be listed as an online, video or virtual presentation.

If you wish your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, you should prepare your full paper according to the Submission Guidelines.

Online Presentation

• * Online presentation duration should be max 15 minutes.
• * Online presentations should be done either in English or Turkish.
• * All papers will be published in proceedings book.
• * Online presentations will be conducted via ZOOM platform.

Video Presentation

• * Video presentation duration should be max 15 minutes.
• * Presentations should be uploaded to any platform and the link of the video presentation should be sent to ietcconferences@gmail.com
• * Video presentations should be done either in English or Turkish.
• * All papers will be published in proceedings book.

During the conference dates, we will present your video presentations at the Conference Hall (will be announced later on IIETC Web Site and Youtube Channel)

Attentions for Authors

Papers can be sent either in English or Turkish.
All papers should be prepared through TOJET Guidelines. According to TOJET, following the authors' information, 300-500 words abstract should be provided. The paper should be minimum 5, maximum 15 pages long including pictures and tables. All papers must be sent in both pdf and word formats.
